"Up until 1950's, horse and cart remained the most common form of milk delivery. By the beginning of the 1960's this was soon to be replaced by milk floats, .

One of the last working milk cart's was used right up until 1985, working from St.Cuthburts Co-Op Store. United Kingdom, the horses name was 'Trigger' and was a popular celebrity within the town.
